Many breakfast foods are packed with gluten and sugar like cereals, breakfast bars, toast, and pastries. These recipes are packed with whole foods and healthy ingredients without any gluten.

Some of these recipes you can make once and enjoy them through out the week. Others are a little more time consuming and would be great for a weekend breakfast!

Not eating gluten or having a friend or family member not eating gluten can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be. Once you find the right recipes, you will be happy to eat them tie and time again. Learn more about what you can get when eating gluten free in this post.

A tip from when I was trying to eat gluten free, is to make a list in any app on your phone or computer (I just use the default notes app). Put in the recipes you have tried with a link to the recipe. When you are done write next to it if you would make again. It is super simple, but it is nice when you need a gluten free meal or you have a friend coming over that doesn’t eat gluten. You can easily pull out this list and go to the recipes you know are good!
