This cookbook is sectioned in a way that makes it very easy to use. Each recipe also has multiple variations so you can change it for your preference.

I feel like this was one of the first cookbooks that taught me how to become a better cook. By showing multiple ways to use one ingredient it helps your imagination run wild.
